The UEFA Europa League comprises three qualifying rounds, a play-off round, a group stage and four knockout rounds. Over the course of the season, nearly 200 teams from all 54 UEFA member associations will participate in the 2014–15 UEFA Europa League.

In the three qualifying rounds and the play-off stage, teams play two matches against each other on a home-and-away basis.
Group Stage[]
The clubs were split into 12 groups of four teams playing home and away against each of their pool opponents between September and December to decide which two teams from each section advance to the first knockout round.
Knockout Stage[]
The top 2 teams from each group are joined by the 8 third-place finishers (indicated by ³) from each group of the UEFA Champions League to form a 32 team knockout stage. Each team play two matches against each other on a home-and-away basis.

The final this season will be played at Stadion Narodowy in Warsaw on Wednesday 27 May 2015.
